Victoria's Secret & Co. (VSXY) is the canonical intimate-apparel turnaround story under CEO Hillary Super, whose "bring sexy back" rebrand has converted into accelerating comparable sales, margin expansion and a substantial re-rating of the stock. The company was spun out of L Brands on 2 August 2021 and subsequently drifted through an identity crisis, marked by criticism of its "woke-washing" marketing pivot, the Adore Me bolt-on acquisition, and a share price decline into the high-teens. Hillary Super was named CEO on 9 September 2024 and launched the Path to Potential strategy. Comparable sales inflected positive in Q2 2025 (+4%, reported 28 August 2025) and accelerated further in Q3 2025 (+9% sales, raised guidance, stock +18%, reported 5 December 2025). Q4 2025 beat expectations but the shares fell 12% on a conservative FY26 guide (reported 5 March 2026).
